How We Are Unique

What makes us different from big digitizing businesses:

Most of our business is local - along Utah's Wasatch Front. No need to mail away your precious items if you live in, or are traveling to Utah. Because we are a small company, you get our personalized service.  Your media is taken care of by someone you meet and can trust.  


We keep in constant contact with you throughout the process. We let you know when we receive your films, photos, etc. (if they are mailed), we send samples of digitized items as the project progresses, we ask any questions we may have, and let you know as soon as your order is finished.


If there are any issues --for example, a film is broken or a tape doesn’t play, we let you know right away.  If you have damaged films, we can often fix them.  An additional charge will be added.  If we can't fix them, we will return them to you and not charge for the repair.


We have all the latest technology to transfer your items and do all our digitizing work from home.


We transfer your items to a flash drive or external hard drive. We can also store your memories to the cloud.

Depending on the size of an order, we can finish most projects within 1 week (not including shipping time).


We have created this company to help others preserve their family memories and we treat them as we would treat our own memories.  


We are always available by email and will respond within one business day. We are also available by phone Monday thru Friday 9AM-4PM for any questions or concerns you have.
